"If you are reading this most likely you’re trying to find out About their business, Let me tell You about my experience with them in the last Three years I’ve been dealing with Insurance nonstop I got a quote late at night and on the next day first thing in the morning I get a call from the agent to review my quote I have some information missing and right away he warned me about possible changes with the price. I was fine with it. This new quote was a little over $100 cheaper. Long story short after a month and a half I get a call from the agent explain to me the price changes we talked about They were gonna take effect The following is bill cycle And that’s one of the parts that I love the most, They took time off their day to Explain everything to me and the reason why And it only went up no more than $30 on the third month something happened and my bill went up again at this point I was mad because it was unexpected Few days went by, and I received a text from Natalie as he went on and beyond even after hours, trying to find out what happened to my account she found a problem Fix everything that she Went to explain everything to me By detail, she cleared all my doubts and questions and I couldn’t been happier because I was gonna cancel the policy and she left me speechless with The amount of information that she provided now its Been about five months I’m so happy to have them as my agent That I’m pretty sure you’re reading this. You won’t regret it."
